POST
Calltrack.Stats
Return Call Center summary stats from recordings (same KPIs as dashboard/calltrack). Supports an optional month filter. Today metrics use the server calendar date and are counted inside the selected month window when month is sent.
Permissions
- On a company subdomain (e.g. https://{user_domain}.bull36.com) the user must match that Host — Login and protected APIs reject another company with success=0, error user_not_in_company. On a main brand host (bull36.com, biz1.co.il, mastrocrm.com, …) the company domain gate is skipped.
- Owner and member admin see the full organization team scope. Regular team members see only their own calls. Optional team_member_id must be inside that scope.
Action
- Runs the Calltrack.Stats function and returns JSON.
Push Service
No push is sent because this function only reads data or returns helper information.
Automation
No automation is run for this function.
Special Instructions
- On a company subdomain (e.g. https://{user_domain}.bull36.com) the user must match that Host — Login and protected APIs reject another company with success=0, error user_not_in_company. On a main brand host (bull36.com, biz1.co.il, mastrocrm.com, …) the company domain gate is skipped.
- Pass month as YYYY-MM (example: 2026-10) to get total_call_per_month for that month.
- Omit month to get all-time totals (same as opening calltrack without a month filter).
- today_calls / today_incoming / today_outgoing / today_total are always for calendar today within the filtered set.
- Recordings.List / Recordings.Count stay customer-scoped and are unchanged.
